Tracy is the Director of Operations at Watershed School, bringing a knack for helping organizations run smoothly and effectively. With an M.S. in Engineering Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction and a certificate in Organizational Leadership & Change Management, she combines technical expertise with a love for creative problem-solving.
A longtime member of the Watershed community, Tracy has two sons who are proud alumni of the school. Before joining the staff, she served on the Board of Trustees for seven years, including five as Board Chair, and played a key role in securing the school’s new campus.
When not at school, you’ll likely find Tracy skate skiing, running, and walking with her two dogs and husband! Dedicated to Watershed’s future, Tracy loves being part of a community that inspires curiosity and growth every day.
