Watershed Mask Makers Project
To help meet the need for protective face coverings and give back to the local community, Watershed students tackled mask making. Our group of 18 students had a wide range of sewing abilities, from advanced to entirely new to a sewing machine. We worked through the learning curve, tried out several patterns, and got to work. In the end, we sewed 590 masks over the course of 29 days. We donated our masks to Boulder Housing Partners for distribution to the highest need community members across Boulder County.
